This year, our triathlon training camp took place in Lloret de Mar, Spain, bringing together athletes of different levels – from beginners to experienced triathletes. From youth athletes to adults, everyone trained side by side, following a structured process while progressing at their own pace.

The conditions were ideal for building volume and consistency: sunny weather, great roads, and a perfect environment for all three disciplines. We covered long cycling routes along the coast and through the hills, combined with quality run sessions and regular swims that challenged both endurance and technique.

Over the course of the camp, our athletes completed significant training volume.
Adults covered over 720 km in total, including 627 km cycling, 75 km running and 18 km swimming, accumulating nearly 36 hours of training.
Our youth athletes also showed great commitment, reaching over 520 km, including 440 km on the bike, 60 km running, plus swim sessions and more than 6000 meters of elevation gained.

But this camp was about more than just numbers.

Each day brought new challenges, shared effort, and moments that strengthened not only physical condition but also team connection. Training together, supporting each other, and pushing through sessions side by side created a unique atmosphere that is hard to replicate outside of camp.

Recovery and routine played an important role as well – structured days, proper nutrition and time to reset allowed athletes to handle the load and stay consistent throughout the week.

And just like always, one of the biggest values of the camp was the shared experience: conversations, small tips, learning from each other and simply spending time in a like-minded environment.
